石川県金沢市に拠点を置く株式会社家元の新社屋計画。同社は住宅の設計施工を主軸とした建築系ベンチャー企業である。コロナ禍の始まる以前の2019年から立ち上がった本計画は、当初は都市中心部に象徴的な「新社屋」設計を基本構想としてスタートした。パンデミックというクライシスによって在宅ワークをはじめとした新しい働き方が加速する中で、ケーススタディとして郊外に立地しながらも周辺環境を引き込んだ低層の「新社屋」として緩やかにコンセプトがシフトチェンジしていった。 陶芸による感情的な土着的で「無意識」による「土」を用いた形態スタディを繰り返した。そのスタディはクライアントとの感覚共有にも用いられ、様々な紆余曲折、悪戦苦闘を経て、「陰翳」を内包した「歪な土のかたまり」が設計という「意識」的な所作によって現実に立ち現れてきた。コロナ禍を経て見つけた新しい次世代型低層シェアオフィスとしての提案である。

A new office building plan for Iemoto Co., Ltd., based in Kanazawa City, Ishikawa Prefecture. The company is an architectural venture focused on residential design and construction. This plan, which began in 2019 before the COVID-19 pandemic, initially started with the basic concept of designing a symbolic "new office building" in the center of the city. As the pandemic crisis accelerated new ways of working, including working from home, the concept gradually shifted to a low-rise "new office building" located in the suburbs as a case study, incorporating the surrounding environment. We repeated morphological studies using "earth" that is emotional, indigenous, and "unconscious" through ceramics. The studies were also used to share the senses with the client, and after various twists and turns and hard struggles, a "distorted lump of earth" containing "shadows" emerged in reality through the "conscious" action of design. This is a proposal for a new next-generation low-rise shared office found after the COVID-19 pandemic.
