日本屈指の繊維メーカー「カジグループ」による体験型産業観光施設「KAJI FACTORY PARK」。航空機や宇宙スペースシャトルに使用されている炭素繊維複合材料（CFRP）を特殊加工で極細化し、たわみや反り、モーメント等の構造解析を東レ株式会社の協力のもと実施。接合詳細等の構造計算を行った上で、社員数と同じ331本配置。1本ずつ慎重にデザインされた方向に傾けることで個性的なモアレ現象の幻を現出させ、繊維加工の象徴である「原糸」の抽象化を意図しています。

"KAJI FACTORY PARK" is an experiential industrial tourism facility created by "KAJI Group," one of Japan's leading textile manufacturers. Carbon fiber composite material (CFRP), the same material used in aircraft and space shuttles, was processed into extremely thin fibers using a special process, and structural analysis of bending, warping, moment, etc. was carried out with the cooperation of Toray Industries, Inc. After structural calculations of joint details, etc., 331 fibers were arranged, the same number as the number of employees. Each fiber is carefully tilted in a designed direction to create a unique moire phenomenon, intended to abstract the "raw yarn," a symbol of textile processing.
